Since we are all such unique and diverse beings, I wanted my offerings to represent the same. Each of my services embrace individuality and look at wellness through a holistic lens. However, they do all share one thing in common - mind, body, and soul nourishment.

These three pillars of life are all so deeply connected, which is why they must all be taken care of equally. I will never recommend a specific diet or lifestyle for you to follow - but instead work with you to uncover what makes you feel your best, and help you integrate that into your current lifestyle.

Yoga


If there’s one thing I know to be true, it’s the power of yoga. Yoga offers so much more than physical benefits - it is truly the key to mind, body and soul nourishment. It allows you to tune inward, to learn so much more about who you truly are at your core and to embrace all of it - the good, the bad and the ugly. Yoga has allowed me to find my center during the most chaotic and stressful of times, and be the most powerful release of emotions and trauma during the darkest of times. And from the moment that this shift happened in my life, I needed to share the connection to my practice with others. 

I am a registered 200+ Hour Yoga Instructor, and would love to work with you. Whether you’re working through difficult emotions such as trauma and grief, or looking to build a sustainable practice that honors your unique body, I’m here to help.
